Water Based Epoxy | Garage Floor Epoxy
MLC offers a water based epoxy product with the performance of conventional epoxy. Our Water Based Epoxy utilize the latest technology in epoxy resin. Our water based epoxy can now equal the performance of conventional resins. Our water based epoxy, however, will cure in 4-5 hours yet has a pot life of up to 6 hours (at 70 degrees).
With our water based epoxy its now possible to apply two coats in one day. Two coats will yield an an 8-10 Mil DFT, and permit use of the floor 24hours after application. Two coats are recommended. Our Water Based Series of Floor Coatings can be used alone or in conjunction with a clear Urethane topcoat. If decorative chips or anti-skid agents are to be used they should be applied to the first coat while it is still wet. A clear sealer (clear epoxy or urethane) must be applied after the first coat is dry.
